By accessing or using Tuncer Gift Shop (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are representative; handcrafted items may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Tuncer Gift Shop or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuncer Gift Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revision date at the top of this page.
