Our Packaging
All items are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Fragile items like ceramics and glass receive additional foam padding.
We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible and include care instructions with every order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority.
We declare the full value of each order on customs forms. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue them on customs declarations.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us before returning any item. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are non-returnable.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
