Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
Online checkout is being set up. For now you can place an order via iyzico payment link or bank transfer — just message us and we'll arrange it. Apple Pay and card checkout are coming very soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that, the order may already be in preparation and changes may not be possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Each gift is wrapped in our signature tissue paper with a handwritten card. Just let us know when you order.

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Standard shipping takes 10–20 business days, and express shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $300. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Express options are available.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

Products
Are all products handmade?
Yes, every item in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Türkiye. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size are normal and part of each piece's unique character.
Are the ceramics food-safe?
Yes, our ceramic bowls, plates, and cups are made with lead-free, food-safe glazes. They are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and microwave safe.
Can I request a custom order?
We welcome custom orders for special occasions, corporate gifts, or interior design projects. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll work with our artisan partners to create something unique for you.

Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How should I care for my ceramic items?
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the vibrancy of hand-painted designs, though most items are dishwasher safe. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing a hot dish in cold water).
How do I care for mosaic lamps?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning solutions directly on the glass mosaic. Use the recommended bulb wattage specified in your product care card.
